The Fourier transform total internal reflection on-line infrared spectrometer (online mid-infrared spectrometer) utilizes infrared spectroscopy, combined with Fourier transform and chemometric modeling, to analyze sample concentration, qualitatively analyze solution composition, and quantitatively determine component content. It can monitor reaction progress in real time, determine reaction endpoints, identify the structural composition of substances or identify their chemical groups, and test concentration and supersaturation. It can also perform quantitative analysis and purity determination. Infrared spectroscopy analysis can measure both gaseous and liquid samples, regardless of sample form, and features small sample volume, fast analysis speed, and non-destructive testing. Furthermore, this equipment is characterized by rapid testing, convenient operation, good repeatability, high sensitivity, and simple instrument structure.
This product connects to a fiber optic probe, transforming FTIR into a true in-situ measurement instrument, enabling FTIR analysis that was previously impossible with conventional methods. Utilizing polycrystalline silver halide fiber optic cables, it is applicable to conventional-scale reaction vessels and automated laboratory reactors, enabling in-situ online measurement of concentration and supersaturation.
