The intelligent integrated PAT crystallization platform integrates essential parameters required for optimizing the crystallization process, including concentration (supersaturation), particle size distribution, shape (crystal habit), crystal form, turbidity, temperature, and pH. The system is open and can be integrated with other PAT  instruments, encompassing data acquisition, control, and key parameters.

      This intelligent integrated PAT crystallization platform integrates real-time measurements of various parameters, data acquisition, and control. A deeper understanding of the crystallization process and product optimization requires online measurement of some of the most critical (basic) parameters, and the data needs to be integrated for correlation analysis. This platform integrates concentration (supersaturation), particle size distribution, shape (crystal habit), crystal form, turbidity, temperature, and pH. The system is open and can be integrated with other PAT instruments. Crystallization conditions can be automatically controlled (precise automatic control ). Crystallizers of different sizes are available. It is the best assistant for product development and process scale-up.

      The platform integrates measurement and control:

  • Concentration (supersaturation)
  • Particle shape and particle size distribution
  • Crystal form transformation, nucleation points, agglomeration, fragmentation, twinning, morphology and grain size control, seeding, etc.
  • Parameters such as turbidity, temperature and pH value
  • Intelligent closed-loop automatic control
